Mark Blackburn, Approved Driving Instructor at MSM Driving Academy Mark is 48 years old, married with one son and holds a BA Honours Degree in German and Linguistics & Phonetics from the University of Leeds. He was in industry for 20 years and most recently was Managing Director of a plastics company with a £30 million pound turnover, a position he held since 2002.

In 2005 Mark decided on a career change and undertook training to be a driving instructor in Runcorn and Warrington, training with the Instructor College in Birkenhead and with Greg Lamb School of Motoring in Warrington.

Mark has several years experience as a successful instructor with dozens of happy customers who have enjoyed their experince of learning to drive (see link below). He has built upon his qualification as an ADI and has now attained the coveted Diploma in Driving Instruction, awarded by the DIA and Middlesex University.
